* The above prices refer a 7-day lease at least. In case of a shorter lease period, the additional 35% will be added. The change-day is Friday, check in is at 05.00 p.m., check out is at 10.00 a.m.
Basic services (price inclusive):
the cook prepares and serves lunch from 11.00 a.m. to 03,00 p.m. and supper from 06.30 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. The cook shall previously consult you (the day before or on the same day in the morning) and, ccording to your wishes, obtain the groceries and prepare from them the original, rich, but also simple and healthy Mediterranean meals, Istrian delicacies or dishes of international cuisine, Far and Near East, fusion, etc. The lunch or supper price is (almost) equal to the supply price (supper or lunch with 4-5-6 meals will cost ca 250-300-400 kuna per person).

* повар - подготовка и сервировка обеда и ужина в течение дня. Повар по предварительной договоренности с Вами (за день вперед или утром текущего дня), по Вашему желанию приобретет продукты и приготовит из них оригинальные, богатые, но простые и здоровые средиземноморские блюда, блюда местной истарской кухни, блюда интернациональной кухни, Близкого и Далекого Востока, фузион и т.п. Продукты, необходимые для приготовления блюд не включены в цену. Оплата продуктов производится по закупочным ценам на основании предоставленных счетов или спецификаций (в случае покупке продуктов на рынке). Овощи из нашего сада предоставляются бесплатно.
* использование всего предлагаемого содержания – открытый бассейн (12 x 6 м), закрытый бассейн (7,5 x 4,5 м), сауна, фитнесс, 5 велосипедов и т.п.;
* вода, электричество, газ, в любое время года;

* постельное белье – замена - 2 раза в неделю, в случае необходимости – чаще;
* ежедневная замена полотенцев;
* мыло, шампуни, соль для купания и пена для принятия душа;
